2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on parcel size, gross weight and delivery destination. All logistics expenses will be fully displayed on the checkout page before payment, with no hidden service fees.
We only provide standard shipping services for all bag orders, with an estimated delivery period of 15 business days, subject to actual logistics conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Right after our logistics partner collects your packaged parcels, our official system will send a shipment confirmation email, attaching exclusive parcel tracking numbers and official tracking entry.
Logistics tracking data needs cross-platform synchronization. Normally, real-time transit information will be available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. If tracking data cannot be refreshed normally, buyers can reach out to our customer support for manual logistics checking.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
